eDreams Prime

Overview

Edreams Prime is the company's annual subscription service that offers discounted prices and exclusive deals on plane tickets, car rentals, and accommodation bookings.

The brief was to enhance Prime members’ awareness and engagement with eDreams' travel offerings: increase the visibility and prominence of their products, improve conversion rates, and create a more engaging and personalized customer experience to foster loyalty and encourage repeat usage of our Prime program.

Process

Research

I did interviews and User Testing's with both Prime members and non Prime members. I found that people who travel a lot are interested in online travel subscriptions. My research showed that keeping current customers is much cheaper than finding new ones. And when you keep customers happy, profits can go up a lot. Also, I looked into using generative AI models for better personalization and trip planning.

Definition

I focused on frequent travelers as our main group and identified the issue: Prime members not wanting to keep their eDreams Prime subscription. I looked at the chances to fix this, created a user character, and realized we need to focus on how to enhance the prime experience fostering a sense of exclusivity and personalization.

Ideation

To elevate the Prime experience, I introduced innovative features including the travel planner, travel packs, prime destinations, and early access to exclusive offers. I harnessed the power of AI and its generative capabilities to enhance these offerings.

Outcome

This proposal harnesses the potential of generative AI and conversational AI to uncover fresh avenues for fostering customer loyalty
